Great question! All projects will need to undergo a fact-finding process with the local authority to determine if planning permission is required. This is part of stage 1 of the project. Generally speaking, small changes to internal walls may not require planning permission however changes to the exterior tend to require council approval.

Renovation lead time depends on a few factors such as how big or small, complex or straightforward is the project along with the contractor’s delivery time and supplier’s lead time. Renovation projects can last anything from 3-12 months or more.
